Matthew Venza is a husband, father, and teacher with more than twenty-four years of experience helping children to grow their love of learning as well as keep their room clean. His debut novel, 26 Cents, takes an honest look at an issue that many kids face each day, bullying. His years of experience in teaching have allowed him to know both the bully and victim: their motivations, their pain, and their struggles.
When not chauffeuring his children to their next game or planning the next lesson, he can be found in the kitchen preparing a four-star meal on a one-star budget or being dragged out for a walk by his two rescue hounds.
